Shipping and Reshipping 

We use our own proprietary fulfilment and dispatch service to ensure your order leaves our dispatch ports as quickly as possible.

We are so confident of our delivery network that will offer ONE free reshipment OR ONE credit in the unlikely event that your parcel is:

  • Seized by customs
  • Damaged or incorrect

This applies to orders to Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom ONLY

We will not reship or credit if:

  • You provided incorrect shipping details
  • You failed to collect your parcel from your local post office or depot
  • Your parcel is returned to sender
  • Your parcel is lost by the postal service

Please note that due to stringent custom controls, we will not ship to the following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary,  Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.

Post Pandemic & Seasonal Holidays 2022

As everyone is aware, COVID-19 has caused unprecedented disruptions around the globe. Now in 2022 emerging as the market leader in nootropics, health & wellness products we are still operating ‘business as usual’ and we will continue to provide our valued customers with these fantastic products and more. 

Please see below for delivery timeframes, keeping in mind seasonal public holidays which effect our operations due to postal service closures.

Delivery Times & Tracking Information

  • The shipping time frame is currently on average a minimum 5 – 21 working days
  • Please note tracking numbers may take a week to activate online
  • During the busiest period of the year, Dec 2022 – Feb 2023, we recommend allowing an additional week in delays which are out of our control (USPS, DHL etc).
  • We will be closed 25 December – 27 December 2022 and the New Years Day 1 January 2023.
  • Orders will resume after this period, however support will always be available by email or live chat.
