Shipping and Reshipping 

We use our own proprietary fulfilment and dispatch service to ensure your order leaves our dispatch ports as quickly as possible.

Here at ModAF we pride ourselves on our order delivery success rate. We are so confident of our delivery network that will offer ONE free reshipment OR ONE credit in the unlikely event that your parcel is:

  • Seized by customs**
  • Damaged or incorrect


This applies to orders from Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom ONLY

We will not reship or credit if:

  • You provided incorrect shipping details
  • You failed to collect your parcel from your local post office or depot
  • Your parcel is returned to sender
  • Your parcel is lost by the postal service

**Please note that due to stringent custom controls, we will not ship to the following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary,  Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.
