Coronavirus (COVID-19) Delays

As everyone is aware, COVID-19 is causing unprecedented disruptions around the globe. We are still operating and we will continue to provide our valued customers with nootropics and more

Please see below for an update on delivery timeframes during COVID-19 and seasonal public holidays which affect our operations due to postal service closures.

Delivery Timeframes & Tracking Information

  • The shipping timeframe is extended to 14 – 21 working days
  • Tracking numbers may take up a week to activate online
  • The timeframe for a reshipment is now 60 working days

USA Customers

  • USPS is facing increased demand in their service due to COVID-19
  • We expect your delivery to take up to 12 days to leave our dispatch port
  • You are entitled to a reshipment or refund after 60 working days of the order being activated on the tracking portal
  • Most orders are arriving within 18 working days

We thank you for your understanding during this time and assure you we are working hard to keep your orders moving.

We use our own proprietary fulfillment and dispatch service to ensure your order leaves our dispatch ports as quickly as possible. 

Here at ModAF we pride ourselves on our order delivery success rate. We are so confident of our delivery network that will offer ONE free reshipment OR ONE refund in the unlikely event that you order happens to fall under one of the following scenarios:

  • Seized by customs**
  • Lost in transit
  • Damaged or incorrect order

This applies to orders to Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom ONLY

We will not be able to offer you a reship if:

  • You provided us with incorrect shipping details
  • You failed to collect your order from your local postal services
  • Your parcel is returned to sender

* Whilst most order arrive within the time frame, certain delays can occur due to factors out of our control

**Please note that due to stringent custom controls, we will not ship to the following countries:


Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary,  Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.
